Ethical and environmental trading

At Garden Tribe we are concerned to run our business in a way which is ethical and takes into account our impact on the environment. We care about our natural environment, and believe that as gardeners, our customers do too.

We also care about the impact that our business has on people, and we will be working with our suppliers to apply similar values by asking that they

• Do not use child or forced labour
• Pay reasonable living wages
• Provide healthy and safe working environments
• Source from fair trade and / or organic products where available
• Have in place environmental policies
• Have in place anti discrimination policies

We are constantly researching new raw materials and fabrics for our products, and where possible will use natural, organic and/ or recycled materials.

We will be appraising all of our suppliers on a rolling programme to verify their trading practices. We know the high standards that our customers would expect in the manufacture of our products and aim to work closely with our suppliers to deliver that.
