The purchase of products through the Garden Tribe website is governed by these terms and conditions. Please take a few minutes to read and understand them. A contract will only exist once you have submitted your order and we have notified you by e-mail that your order has been accepted.

The products offered for sale on this website are directed solely at those who access the website from within the United Kingdom. Garden Tribe make no representations that the products referred to on the website are appropriate for use, or available, in other locations. If you choose to access this site from other locations, then you are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent that local laws are applicable. Any disputes shall be dealt with in accordance with Scottish Law and within the jurisdiction of Scottish courts. Garden Tribe’s liability for any claim, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by us plus any postage costs incurred. Customers statutory rights are not affected by this statement.

Our prices are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. We reserve the right to alter our prices from time to time, and to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any product available on the website at any time.

Every care has been taken to ensure the accurate portrayal of products using current technology, however slight variations in colour and measurements may occur.

When you shop with Garden Tribe, there are different ways in which we need to collect and use information about you. The security of your information and the way in which you shop with us via this website are of paramount importance to us, and our policy is set out in “privacy and security”. Please ensure that you read this.

Guarantee and returns policy

Garden Tribe makes every effort to ensure that our products are in perfect condition when you receive them. For your peace of mind, we are happy to offer a no quibble guarantee. If for any reason you would like an exchange or refund then you may return your order unused and with the packaging intact with the receipt within 14 days of delivery. Please use the posting label enclosed with your order and request a proof of posting certificate from your post office.

When returning any item it would be helpful if you could let us know what the problem with it is. We are always keen to get feedback from customers and are continually looking at ways of developing new and existing products.

On receipt of your returned order, we will immediately acknowledge your return and we will provide you with an exchange or refund as soon as possible but certainly within 30 days.

This policy is additional to your statutory rights.

This website is the property of Garden Tribe Limited, it’s affiliates and software suppliers including all text, graphics, web design, source code and software. No part of this site may be copied, linked to or otherwise used without the express written permission of Garden Tribe Limited with the exception of hard copies made for the sole purpose of placing an order with Garden Tribe Limited.

All copyright, design right and other intellectual property rights in our designs, photographs, text and design of this website are and will remain the property of Garden Tribe Limited and it’s affiliates. Any infringement of these rights will be pursued in law.

Any thoughts, ideas, improvements, suggestions regarding our products and services submitted by customers can be used by us without further permission including reproduction of text, colours, designs and all other material. Where we develop a new product based on a customer submission, we will acknowledge your input (with your permission) on our website and in our namimg of the product (with your permission).
